For more than 20 years, I’ve helped organizations, churches, nonprofits, and leaders grow, develop people, strengthen teams, and move meaningful ideas forward.

My passion is helping leaders become more confident, more self-aware, and more effective in the way they lead. I love helping people clarify their purpose, strengthen communication, build healthy teams, and navigate seasons of growth and change with greater confidence.

As a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Member, I’ve received specialized training in leadership development, communication, coaching, speaking, and organizational growth through the internationally recognized John Maxwell Leadership program. That training has equipped me to help leaders maximize their influence, strengthen their teams, and create healthier cultures.

My experience also includes extensive work in community engagement, helping organizations build stronger relationships with communities, business leaders, schools, nonprofits, chambers of commerce, and local stakeholders. I’ve seen firsthand how trust, communication, leadership, and relationships can shape the health and impact of an organization.

Beyond my professional work, I serve as a pastor, speaker, leadership coach, and consultant. Across each of those roles, I’m passionate about helping people understand how they are wired, recognize what may be holding them back, and take practical steps toward becoming healthier and stronger leaders.

My background spans leadership development, organizational growth, community engagement, team building, public speaking, ministry leadership, executive coaching, communication, and culture development.
